Casino Night

The annual Auction Gala in April is the largest fundraising event for the school, bringing together school staff, faculty, and parents to raise money to support St. Mary's mission. This fun-filled night includes dinner, casino gaming, a silent auction, and our signature live auction.

Previous auction items have included:
Dodger Tickets, Michael Kors purses, Family movie night basket with projector, movies, and snacks, Picture blankets of students, furniture and frames customized with children's artwork or handprints.

Special Events

The school and the church work closely together to sponsor the Golf Tournament in the Spring and other opportunities to raise funds, such as food and game sales during Cinco de Mayo, Harvest, Mardi Gras, and other school festivals.

SCRIP Fundraising

Scrip is fundraising while you shop. Here’s how it works: a family will buy a scrip gift card through our front office. You will pay the full face value, but will earn an immediate rebate percentage that's typically between 3% and 15% depending on the retailer. Then use that gift card on normal purchases or give them as gifts.

Ongoing

  • Candy Sales: Students can sell candy and catalogue items year round to fulfill their fundraising obligation.
  • General Mills Box Tops for Education: Clip and submit box tops from your favorite products.
  • Food Truck Family Nights: Local food trucks donate a portion of their profits to the school.
  • After School Blacktop Sales: School clubs hold impromptu after-school sales to support their activities.
